Howard Paster joined Paster Enterprises in March 2000 to focus on growing the company’s existing portfolio through new development and acquisition. Since joining the firm, Paster Enterprises has developed 2 retail centers in Lakeville & Rochester, Minnesota totaling 55,000 square feet and is developing an additional 60,000 square feet in Lakeville. Mr. Paster has also been involved in the 225,000 square foot redevelopment of Crystal Shopping Center in Crystal, Minnesota. Mr. Paster’s expertise is in land acquisition and retail leasing.

Prior to joining Paster Enterprises, Mr. Paster worked with Mid-America Asset Management Company based in Chicago, Illinois. During his eight years there, Mr. Paster worked in the property management and leasing department primarily focusing on neighborhood and grocery anchored retail shopping centers and mixed use projects for institutional clients. Mr. Paster was responsible for retail project leasing at several mixed use developments in the Chicagoland area including Church Street Plaza in downtown Evanston, Illinois and Village Green and Metropolis Building in downtown Arlington Heights, Illinois.

Mr. Paster received his BA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He is an active member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association and International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Paster currently serves as the State Legislative Affairs Co-Chair for the Minnesota Shopping Center Association and formerly served as the International Council of Shopping Centers State Director for Minnesota, North Dakota, & South Dakota.
 

Richard Jahnke

Mr. Jahnke has worked in the real estate business over 20 years. He first began as a property manager for developers in Phoenix and Los Angeles before joining Paster Enterprises as the Senior Leasing Agent. Richard is a self described "deal junkie" and over the years has completed hundreds of lease transactions.

Richard holds an MBA from Arizona State University and is actively involved in Minnesota Shopping Center Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Jahnke offers years of experience with creative insight as to how the personal relationships, legal, and business considerations are weaved together to complete a deal. He is very pleased to be with Paster Enterprises where he can utilize his skills and continue to learn how to grow the Paster portfolio of retail properties.

Richard currently lives in Minnesota with his wife Lisa and their sons, Sam and Jack.
 

Jeff Horstmann

Mr. Horstmann joined Paster Enterprises in 2000 as a Leasing Agent. His industry knowledge, affiliations, strong work ethic, and personal nature make him a valuable asset to the company. Jeff’s roles include prospecting for Tenants, staying in touch with the brokerage community and identifying the changing industry trends.

Jeff received a BS in Real Estate, Finance & Insurance from St. Cloud State University. His professional involvements include: Co-Chair of the MSCA New Member Committee; Former Chair of the St. Cloud State Real Estate Alumni Event Committee; Former Chair of the ICSC Next Generation Committee; Active member of MNCAR; and is a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent.

Jeff currently resides in Minnesota. He enjoys spending time with his family, Artemis and son Wyatt, as well as fishing, skiing, and variety of outdoor activities.
 

Mark Robinson

Mark Robinson

Mr. Robinson joined Paster Enterprises in 2008 as a leasing agent. His position at Paster entails prospecting for and meeting potential tenants, identifying industry trends and managing Paster Enterprises’ MNCAR account.

Robinson, a 2008 college graduate, earned a BS in Real Estate and Minor in Marketing from St. Cloud State University. He was formerly the President of the Commercial Real Estate Association at St. Cloud State and is a member of the American Marketing Association. Robinson is also a member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA) and Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).

In his spare time, Robinson enjoys remodeling his home, spending time with his Weimaraner, Vince and traveling.
