Mr. Paster has been a member of the faculty and Dean of the University of Shopping Centers, as well as an instructor for the International Council of Shopping Centers. He has sat on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association and has been a member of the Minnesota Retail Merchants Association.

As a member of the Editorial Advisory Board, Mr. Paster has contributed many articles to Shopping Center World, Shopping Center Business, Retail Leasing Reporter, and Shopping Center Digest. He has also lectured at Shopping Center World CRAMM Conferences.

Mr. Paster was State Director of the ICSC in Minnesota, North and South Dakota and currently serves on the Small Shopping Center Advisory Committee.

Under Edward Paster's leadership, Paster Enterprises LLC has become a complete in-house shopping center manager and developer. His team of experienced professionals coordinate site acquisition, zoning, design, construction, finance, leasing, marketing and promotion of eleven shopping centers in Minnesota.
